lcb No Bread Philly Steak - If you have cut down on bread, and are looking for an easy low carb recipe,, but used to love a good philly cheese sandwich, then this is a `Must Try`. A mouth watering blend of sirloin steak, mushrooms, and peppers melted with an extraordinary blend of provelone and cream cheese. Stir in you favorite seasonings, and after your first bite, you won`t even be thinking of bread.

Prep Time: 5-10 mins
Cook Time: 15-25 mins
Servings: 4
Main Ingredient: Sirloin Steak, Cheese
Difficulty Level: 1

Ingredients to make No Bread Philly Steak

2 lbs. good sirloin chopped up
1 8-oz package low fat cream cheese
8-oz provelone cheese
1 red pepper
1 portabella mushroom
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Lots of seasonings

Directions to make No Bread Philly Steak

Step 1:Heat up skillet. Pour olive oil into pan. Saute red pepper, portabella, onion, and garlic Add salt, pepper, and any other seasonings that you like (We suggest garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
Step 2:Add sirloin and cook to your preferred doneness. Cut up cream cheese and provelone into chunks. Add the cheeses and stir until you have made a sauce. Serve in bowls.
