lc2 Chicken Marsala - This simply sensational, low carb recipe for chicken marsala, is yet another one of our “Less Than 30 Minute Meals”. Lean, moist, chicken breasts are pan fried, stove top with wine and mushroom soup, then served over noodles. A real “Must Try”.

Ingredients to make Chicken Marsala

1 tablespoon butter
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
1 1/4 cups Marsala wine

Directions to make Chicken Marsala

Step 1:In a large skillet, saute the chicken breasts in butter. Once chicken is lightly browned on all sides, add the soup (undiluted) and Marsala wine. Cover and simmer until chicken is no longer pink inside, about 20 minutes.
